PRFM: who we are and what we do

At PRFM, we believe in the simplicity of performance that lasts; training focused on building athleticism and helping you maintain it, regardless of age. We know that goals change throughout life and want to give you the tools to refine your aspirations and redefine your capabilities. Starting with a foundation of functional strength and mobility in movement, we continue to integrate training methods targeted towards the individual.

Once a base is established, we offer the split between personal and group training; with group training taking a less individual and more sport-specific approach to advancing strength, speed, and agility designed to meet the demands of tomorrow’s athlete: driven, disciplined, and hungry for an edge.

Every program is tailored to build upon what the athlete has already achieved, because performance isn’t given, it’s earned.

All training takes place in Carmel, IN, at the DSP private gym.

The first step is an evaluation. Perform provides a systematic screening for muscle imbalance and inefficiencies as a baseline for training.

Private Session

Looking to work on yourself?

Perform private training is a 60-minute one-on-one goal-oriented session, whether it’s building general strength or preparing for your next event.

Group Session
$40.00

Ready to redefine your limits?

Group training is a 75-minute session targeting mobility and functional strength to enhance athletic performance.
